Zayo to Enable CloudLink Service in Peak 10 Data Centers

Press Release

Partnership to leverage Zayo’s extensive global network

BOULDER, Colo. –
Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZAYO) will begin providing Peak
10
customers with its CloudLink
services under a recently executed arrangement between the two parties.
CloudLink provides an on-ramp to Zayo’s extensive fiber network,
enabling global connectivity to the world’s largest cloud services
providers. Zayo’s global network connects thousands of on-net
facilities, including data centers and public cloud providers.

Zayo will offer CloudLink initially in seven Peak 10 data centers and
will work with Peak 10 to expand further across Peak 10’s expanding
portfolio. The cloud connectivity service provides dedicated,
high-performance bandwidth options, enabling secure connectivity
directly to major public cloud providers. Customers may choose
traditional, aggregated bandwidth or FlexConnect,
Zayo’s usage-based Ethernet.

The global market for cloud services is expected to grow 18 percent this
year, according to Gartner,
and is on a trajectory to exceed $380 billion by 2020. As the intercloud
and federated cloud gain traction to meet continued demand, a growing
number of businesses require dedicated cloud and data center
connectivity. With the recent expansion of its CloudLink solution to
include more than 180 on-ramps to cloud providers, Zayo is
well-positioned to meet this demand.

“Our customers’ dynamic hybrid IT requirements continue to grow and
evolve, which is why we are rapidly expanding the interconnection
options available within our data centers,” said Steve Renda, vice
president of Product at Peak 10. “This gives Peak 10’s customers direct
access to Zayo’s worldwide network of the largest cloud providers and
supports our customers’ continued build out of federated and hybrid
infrastructure.”

“This is a productive partnership for both Zayo and Peak 10. Peak 10
customers will benefit from our high-performance network and
infrastructure, which now extends to more than 365 U.S. and
international markets as well as our Global Reach locations,” said Mike
Strople, president of Enterprise Networks at Zayo. “Zayo will be able to
fully leverage our network assets to support a new, and considerable
customer base within Peak 10’s facilities.”
