International Law Firm Selects Zayo for Global Solution

Press Release

Deal includes new Hong Kong PoP that will further expand Zayo’s APAC
presence

BOULDER, Colo. –
Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZAYO) has been selected by an
international law firm to connect key locations in the U.S., Europe and
Asia. As part of the three-year agreement for a global Ethernet
solution, Zayo will establish a new point of presence (PoP) in Hong
Kong. With the anchor tenant secured, Zayo will leverage strong customer
demand in the region to drive follow-on sales.

The E-LAN solution will provide interoffice connectivity between four
major markets in Asia, two in Europe and six in the U.S. The solution
leverages Zayo’s existing global infrastructure, providing the customer
with a secure, fully redundant, low-latency network. Law firms are
increasingly turning to dedicated, high-capacity fiber to accommodate
large digital files, provide video conferencing capability and support
remote depositions.

“Hong Kong is among the world’s leading commercial capitals and the
gateway to Chinese markets for many multinational enterprises. We expect
to leverage the PoP for existing and prospective customers who want an
expanded presence in Asia as we’ve done successfully in Singapore,” said
Bruce Garrison, vice president of Global Reach at Zayo. “The ability for
Zayo to provide a unified solution across three continents was a
competitive differentiator.”

Over the past year, Zayo has acquired significant new network assets in
North America and Europe and expanded its global reach to 40 countries.
In addition, Zayo recently announced a PoP
in Singapore
