Lisa Hook is a seasoned public company CEO, who has transformed and scaled multiple businesses in cloud infrastructure/internet security, telecoms, data analytics and digital marketing.

Ms. Hook is currently on the boards of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS), the global leader in banking and payment solutions; Philip Morris International (NYSE: PM), a leading international tobacco company; Ping Identity Holding Corp. (NYSE: PING), a global pioneer in intelligent identity for the enterprise; Ritchie Brothers Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: RBA, TSXV: RBA) a global asset management and disposition company; Zayo Group, a communications network solutions provider and CubeIQ, a location intelligence provider.

Ms. Hook also chairs the Advisory Board of private equity firm Trilantic Capital Partners and is on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC), a nonpartisan Presidential advisory group to which she was appointed in 2012. On the NSTAC, Ms. Hook co-led the NSTAC Report to the President on Big Data Analytics.

Ms. Hook served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Neustar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR) from October 2010 until July 2018, and as President & Chief Operating Officer from January 2008 until 2010. She joined the Neustar Board in 2010 and continued to serve the Company in that capacity until July 2019. Neustar is a global information services company focused on cloud-based workflow solutions for marketing analytics, risk/fraud and credit analytics and threat intelligence, all connected by its real-time unified identity (OneID) platform.

During her tenure, Ms. Hook led the then-public company (NYSE: NSR) through a radical transformation from telecom infrastructure services to a leading cloud-based information services/data analytics company, tripling revenues over ten years while maintaining EBITDA margins greater than 45% and returning over $1.2 billion to shareholders in the form of stock buybacks. This successful transformation culminated in a go-private sale of the company in 2017 at a 45% premium to the trading price.

Previously, Ms. Hook served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrocket, Inc., a cloud-based voice over IP service provider; was President of AOL Broadband, Premium Services and Voice at America Online, Inc.; was one of the first female PE investing partners in the US at Brera Capital Partners, a global private equity investment firm; was managing director of Alpine Capital Group, LLC., an investment banking firm; held several senior executive positions at Time Warner, Inc., a diversified media company; was legal advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and was General Counsel of the Cable Group at Viacom International, Inc., a diversified media company.

Ms. Hook has previously served as Senior Independent Director of RELX PLC (FTSE: RELX) and RELX NV, global providers of information solutions (2006-16), Unisys Inc (FTSE: UIS)(2019-21), Partners Group Holdings (SWX:PGHN)(2020-21), Covad Communications (NASDAQ: COVD) (2005-07), Time Warner Telecom (NASDAQ: TWTC) (1999-2001), K-12 Inc., and National Geographic Ventures. In recognition of her personal and professional achievements, The Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University honored Ms. Hook as a 2012 Penn State Alumni Fellow.

Ms. Hook’s nonprofit affiliations include Teach for America Miami-Dade Board; SFJazz Board; The Peggy Guggenheim Collection Advisory Board and The Zambezi Elephant Fund International Advisory Council.
