Doug Gilstrap

Doug Gilstrap works for two private equity firms, EQT and TCV, as Senior Industrial Advisor and Venture Partner, respectively since 2014. He is also an active venture capital investor. Doug focuses on growth-related investments in the technology infrastructure area for enterprise and service provider markets. He has served on a variety of global boards and currently serves as either a director or chairman of the board of five companies that include software, wireless, fiber telecom and industrial infrastructure.

Previously, Doug was global Chief Strategy Officer for Ericsson. Prior to that, he was Head of Strategy for Cable and Wireless; CEO of Radianz, a low latency and hosting financial enterprise data extranet; and COO of Equant Networks, a public global data network services company. Radianz and Equant are now divisions of BT and Orange, respectively. Doug was an original management team member of Equant and CEO/founder of Radianz. Doug has a global operational, finance, sales and transactional background (CPA/MBA). He has had IPO and public equity experience with companies based in France, US, Netherlands, UK and Sweden.
