Dense and Diverse Dark Fiber Solutions
Leverage Zayo’s secure and scalable high-capacity bandwidth, enabling you to manage, customize and control your network. Zayo’s robust fiber assets extend from the City of London and Docklands out to the key suburban data center hubs like Slough, Crawley, Croydon and Hemel Hempstead with connectivity to over 600 on-net buildings and four long haul routes offering diversity to mainland Europe and Ireland.
Zayo offers unique routing and diversity options through a combination of fiber in highways, sewers buried 13 to 40 feet below ground and alongside rail routes. With up to four building entry points at key data centers, we offer routing options with triversity and quadversity for your most important traffic.
Zayo’s first fiber presence in London came with the acquisition of AboveNet in 2012. This was complemented by the 2014 acquisition of Geo, adding additional capacity in central London by way of sewer networks and subsea fiber routes. In 2015, the acquisition of Viatel added further London metro routes and long haul capability from London to Paris and London to Amsterdam, extending across Western Europe to Marseille.
