Welcome to the Alliance Referral Program

We value our Partners and want to make your onboarding experience as effortless as possible. All you have to do is complete your status as a new Alliance Referral Partner by following the simple steps below, review the Partner Resource Center for relevant guides and training materials, then start referring leads.

First Steps for New Partners

1. Banking Information

Fill out the Banking Information Form: US CAN | EU

Email the completed form to payments@zayo.com and strategic.alliance@zayo.com with a copy of a voided check or a bank confirmation letter. You will receive a confirmation email once the set-up is complete.

2. Partner Onboarding

Complete the Partner Onboarding Questionnaire.

3. Welcome Call

Your dedicated Alliance Program Manager will schedule a welcome call once steps one and two are complete.

4. Sales Enablement

Leverage comprehensive product training to educate your broader sales team.

Zayo’s Alliance Program Manager reaches out to the lead to build an opportunity that meets the customer’s network needs.

Get Paid

Receive a one-time payout when the deal has been installed and paid for.

  • 100% first month’s revenue for a 12-month term
  • 200% first month’s revenue for a 24+ month term
