  • Zayo Offers Connectivity to NYSE Data Center in Mahwah, NJ
    March 26, 2013 - Zayo Group, an international Bandwidth Infrastructure provider, today announced its fiber expansion to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Data Center facility in Mahwah, N.J. Connectivity to the NYSE Data Center will provide financial customers access to major exchanges such as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (“CME”), London’s Basildon exchange and 755 Secaucus outside of New York City.

     
  • Zayo & Internet2 to Bring 100G Network to Northern Tier States
    March 21, 2013 - Zayo Group today announced its partnership with Internet2 to add substantial new capacity on Zayo’s fiber route from Chicago to Seattle. The system will have greater than four terabits of overall capacity to support Internet2’s new 100G network. The upgrade is expected to be completed during the spring of 2013.

     
  • Zayo Receives ACM Comptel Award for Wholesaler Excellence
    March 14, 2013 - Zayo Group has been awarded the 2013 U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Carrier Report Card Award by ATLANTIC-ACM. The award is based on the 2013 edition of ATLANTIC-ACM's U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Carrier Report Card, a series of ratings of telecommunications carriers by wholesale customers. Zayo won in the “Provisioning” category for superior performance in delivering new services to customers.

     
  • Zayo Lights Chicago to Memphis Route with 100G System
    March 5, 2013 - Zayo Group announced it has deployed a native 100G Wavelength network on its Memphis to Chicago route. The Memphis to Chicago network route was previously only available to Dark Fiber customers and, with this upgrade, Zayo is now able to expand its Bandwidth Infrastructure services to include Wavelengths and Ethernet between these two markets.

     
  • Zayo Announces Amendment and Re-Pricing of Credit Agreement
    February 28, 2013 - Zayo Group announces it has successfully completed the amendment of its credit agreement, including the re-pricing of both its term loan and revolving credit facility. Company expects to save approximately $12M of annual cash interest payments.

     
  • Zayo Receives Atlantic-ACM Customer Choice Award
    February 26, 2013 - Zayo Group was awarded an ATLANTIC-ACM Customer Choice Award for Operational Excellence at the annual Metro Connect USA 2013 industry conference in Miami. The award is based on wholesale customer survey results for satisfaction in brand, sales representatives, provisioning, network performance, billing and customer service.

     
  • Zayo Group Plans Metro Fiber Network in Jacksonville
    February 13, 2013 - Zayo Group announces its planned expansion into Jacksonville, Florida. The extension into Jacksonville will allow Zayo to offer their entire suite of Bandwidth Infrastructure services, including Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, Ethernet and IP.

     
  • Zayo Group, LLC Reports Financial Results for the Second Fiscal Quarter Ended December 31, 2012
    February 8, 2013 - Second fiscal quarter Adjusted EBITDA of $137.3 million on revenue of $243.5 million, representing $549.2 million and $974.0 million of annualized Adjusted EBITDA and revenue, respectively. Net loss for the second fiscal quarter of $(20.0) million.

     
  • Zayo Provides Communications for the 57th Presidential Inauguration
    January 31, 2013 - Zayo announced that its Washington, D.C. fiber optic network provided support to the major news networks at the 57th Presidential Inauguration on January 21, 2013. Zayo’s Metro Network provided connectivity for video broadcast from the major venues throughout the day.

     
  • Zayo Upgrades to 100G in Northeast Corridor
    January 29, 2013 - Zayo Group announces its introduction of 100G Wavelength services on its New York City to Philadelphia and Philadelphia to Washington, D.C. fiber routes.
