BOULDER, Colo.—February 25, 2014—Zayo Group, LLC (“Zayo”), the global Bandwidth Infrastructure provider, announces record indirect channel sales in the fourth quarter of 2013.
Fourth quarter sales in 2013 were $469k, an increase of 38% over the prior three quarter average. The channel also reported record gross installations of $382k in the fourth quarter of 2013.
In addition to its fourth quarter sales announcement, Zayo announces the implementation of a new indirect channel structure designed to better assist agents. Previously separated into five territories, the indirect channel is now divided into three regions: West, Central, and East. Each region is represented by both a channel manager and an account manager, providing increased sales support in the channel. Channel managers include:
- Donna Turner, West
- Drew Ngo, Central
- Nathan Grinnell, East
“We recognize our agent partners want us to be easy to do business with, return quotes quickly, and invest in system engineering resources to support them on the more complex, high-bandwidth infrastructure solutions,” says Brian Sheehan, director of indirect sales at Zayo. “The reorganization of territories enables Zayo to better utilize sales resources to support agent needs and ultimately win more business.”
