Zayo Group has strong financial backing from seven experienced telecom and Internet investors.  $216 million in equity has been invested in Zayo Group, and an additional $57 million of equity is committed.  Zayo’s significant financial backing provides the flexibility to extend and enhance its fiber network.

On March 5th, Zayo completed an offering of $250 million of senior secured notes due 2017 with a coupon of 10.25%.  In conjunction with the bond offering, Zayo entered into a 4-year $75 million revolving credit facility.
