On March 5th, 2010, Zayo completed an offering of $250 million of senior secured notes due 2017 with a coupon of 10.25%.  On September 14, 2010, the senior secured notes were increased by $100 million to $350 million.  In conjunction with the bond offerings, Zayo entered into a 4-year $100 million revolving credit facility.
